About Me

Daily Lambert

Many of the tools, concepts, and scientific principles I apply to coaching I learned while earning my MBA from Columbia Business School, MA in Psychology from New York University, and BA in Psychology from Yale University. I am a certified coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute, the largest coach training and leadership development organization in the world, and PCC certified through the International Coaching Federation. I am certified to perform 360 evaluations through the Leadership Circle Profile and recently completed the Positive Intelligence course for coaches and Yale’s Science of Well-Being course. To round out my practice on the parenting front, I’m also a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator.

In addition to my private practice, I am a coach with Boon Health, which offers a holistic, personalized coaching platform that empowers employees to become more resilient, authentic versions of themselves. I serve as Coach in Residence for WriteOn, a nonprofit that provides passionate writing teachers to New York City middle & high schools. I provide pro-bono personal and professional coaching to the MFA candidates who serve as teachers in this program. I also developed and co-teach a workshop, The Habits of Storytelling, at The New School with tips, tools, and frameworks to help writers develop best practices and structures to support their creative careers.

Previously, I worked at Mentora: The Institute for Life & Leadership. As Director of Mentora Labs, I created proprietary leadership development training tools. I also served as Faculty, teaching interactive courses on leadership skills, such as Mastering Difficult Conversations and Disciplined Innovation, to global clients. During this time, I also frequented as guest facilitator in Mentora CEO & Professor Hitendra Wadhwa’s award-winning Personal Leadership & Success course at Columbia Business School.

Over the course of my career, I have been employed at multiple Fortune 500 companies. At the medical device manufacturer Becton, Dickinson & Company, I worked in marketing and product development, where in addition to managing multi-million dollar global product lines in positions of increasing responsibility, I also facilitated intensive advanced marketing technique courses (Global Marketing Powerhouse) and co-taught the company’s Strategy Development course to global employees. At American Express, I evaluated business growth opportunities for the Company’s small business division and also earned my Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. And at Ogilvy I created global, integrated direct marketing campaigns for IBM.

When I’m not coaching, I love to play tennis, read, and enjoy the company of my husband and two mischievous young sons.
